"I started using Healthy Chronos' app when I finished treatments for a year.
In December 2021, I was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma. I was 39 years old at the time, which left me at home in one fell swoop.
I had a busy job and a busy social life. After treatments and fortunately a positive result, recovery began. I really found it a struggle.
No one can really tell you what this path will look like for you. How long it will take, what exactly you can do about it to ensure your recovery goes well. After all, every body and everyone's trajectory is different.
I found it difficult to pick up signals from my body properly because they are not always reliable. As a result, I didn't go over my limit and needed time to recover from that again."
Understanding the data and seeing the positive and negative connections helped me better understand what my body needs
"Healthy Chronos came at exactly the right time in my life. I had started working again but still had a lot of fatigue symptoms and cognitive problems like memory loss, being easily overstimulated, not being able to focus properly.
The app helped me understand my own recovery. What effect different activities had on my symptoms, and how I could influence this positively.
For example, I found out through the app that it took me twice as much energy when I had to be at work early. And that it affected me throughout the day and evening.
Knowing this allowed me to make a small adjustment to my schedule and made a huge difference to me. I also liked that the app allowed me to justify this choice to my colleagues.
Understanding the data and seeing the positive and negative connections helped me better understand what my body needs.
This gave me more and more positive experiences of my recovery which is motivating instead of the previous negative experience when I had gone over my limit and had to recover from it for days. I was able to keep building and recovering within my limits."
