"I started using the Healthy Chronos app a year after finishing my treatments. In December 2021, I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma."
I was 39 years old at the time and suddenly found myself at home. I had a busy job and a busy social life. After the treatments and fortunately a positive outcome, the recovery began. I really struggled with it.

We are Joris, Otto, and Pieter, the founders of Healthy Chronos. In our close circles, we see that cancer and its aftermath have a huge impact on resuming work, studies, family life, and daily living. Young people, in particular, are at high risk of wanting to do too much. This is a much bigger problem than many people realize.
That’s why it’s frustrating that there are no effective solutions to better manage recovery and fatigue after cancer. We believe that smartly tracking your mood, symptoms, activities, and more digitally, and combining this with smartwatch data when possible, can give you a nudge in the right direction to steer your recovery on your own.

We are aware that you want your data to be well-secured. Therefore, we have taken additional measures to ensure your data is properly protected. We have been certified for the ISO 27001 standard (information security). Several hospitals also use our platform, and as such, we are also NEN 7510 certified (information security in healthcare). TÜV Netherlands has certified our organization as an independent party. It’s your data, and when you cancel your account with us, we will delete all your data from our system
You can optionally connect your wearable for a more complete insight into your recovery. We support 500+ different models, including Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple Watch. Unfortunately, we do not (yet) support Huawei and Samsung models

In the app, you can log your sleep quality daily. Additionally, you can track how many hours you rest each day. If you have a smartwatch, such as a Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch, you can optionally connect it to the app. This will also provide insights into your sleep/wake pattern and sleep duration from your smartwatch.
At the moment, we do not yet have the option to share insights from the app with your healthcare provider or psychologist. However, you can use the app to identify the topics you want to discuss with your healthcare provider or psychologist
The app is 100% customizable to your situation. You can track the complaints and symptoms you experience, such as fatigue, muscle pain, headaches, anxiety, tension, stress, or other issues that are important for gaining insight into your situation and recovery path.
Yes, it is possible to connect your smartwatch, such as an Apple Watch, Garmin, or Fitbit. This process is currently done outside the app, and you can send a message to hello@healthychronos.com for assistance.
In the app, you can easily track how long you’ve exercised or, for example, walked. You can also select specific (sports) activities you want to track, such as walking, football, cycling, etc
