Launch at 10:00

When you resume work with or after cancer, you often do not work full days. Yet most working days start at 09:00. Data from our app often shows that when people start the day later, their mood at the end of the day is often better. Try starting your working day at 10:00 so you have more rest and energy to boot (and also avoid traffic jams and public transport congestion 😀 )

Some of our users find that working days at home are less stressful than office days. You don't have to travel to work, you are less disturbed by others and can start the day more peacefully.

Limit meetings

Meetings, especially with many people, can be a taxing activity. In the app, you can easily track how many meetings you have attended. This way, you can find out if there is an optimal number of meetings for you. For instance, there are users who do not schedule more than 4 meetings a day.

Hoe pak je de draad weer op na kanker terwijl de wereld om je heen doorgaat? Weer of meer werken na kanker of tijdens jouw behandeling, zoals chemotherapie of bestraling, is extra spannend. Het kost aandacht en energie: hoe balanceer je dat met je herstel en de gevolgen van je ziekte? Bijna alle (ex-)kankerpatiënten die hun werk hervatten herkennen dit.

De app geeft je richting in waar het écht om gaat: zien wat je zelf kunt doen om de route van jouw herstel te bevorderen terwijl je jouw werk hervat. It is your data and when you cancel your account with us, we remove all your data from our system.

During your reintegration journey, you can use the app to record your mood, symptoms and daily activities, including work. It helps you discover opportunities to design your work to better fit your recovery (goals).

Je kan de app volledig aanpassen aan jouw werksituatie. Werk je onregelmatig, of maar een paar uren per week. Werk je soms thuis en soms op kantoor? Met een paar klikken stel je je eigen werkactiviteiten in of vul je het aantal werkuren in per dag.
