To sync your data between Samsung Health and Health Connect, follow the instructions below:
Open Samsung Health and click on Settings.
From the settings menu, select Health Connect. (If Health Connect is not already installed on your phone, follow the instruction to install it via this link: Health Connect).
Click on the Health Connect menu item in Samsung Health. You will be asked for permission to share your Samsung Health data with Health Connect. Select the data you want to share and click Allow. (See Figure 1)
Sometimes, when opening Samsung Health, you get the option to enable Automatic Sync.
Open Samsung Health and click Enable auto-sync.
In the settings menu, go to Health Connect. (If Health Connect is not already installed on your phone, follow the instruction to install it via this link: Health Connect).
Click on the Health Connect menu item as shown in Samsung Health. You will be asked for permission to share your Samsung Health data with Health Connect. Select the data you want to share and click Allow. (See Figure 2)
