The black hole after cancer with a chemo brain
How do you pick up the threads after cancer while the world goes on around you? Your friends, family and work or studies: everything is turned upside down. How do you balance that with your recovery and the consequences of your illness, such as a chemobrain, overstimulation or fatigue? Almost all (former) cancer patients recognise this 'black hole after cancer'. A time without a foothold or structure. No one telling you what your recovery route 'should' look like.
The app gives you direction in what really matters: seeing what you can do yourself to further the route of your recovery. You discover how your activities influence your daily mood and symptoms (think of stress or overstimulation). This gives you more grip, structure and awareness. And that is exactly what you can use to steer and shape your recovery where necessary.
